4th of July

We had a very low key 4th of July!  John had to work, so Brady and I stayed at home and played, took a nap together, and played some more.  Once Daddy got home, we headed out to get fireworks and pick up steaks to grill for dinner.

Brady enjoyed eating a very patriotic dinner!

The blueberries were his favorite.

While we were waiting for our dinner to cook, we headed outside for some pictures and to play ball.

After dinner, Brady changed into his PJ's and we headed outside for a Fireworks show put on by Daddy.  We usually go see fireworks at the park, but the show didn't start until 9:30...I didn't think Brady would  last that long.

Brady was more interested in the dog that was outside than the fireworks.

John showed Brady the sparklers while we sat on the tailgate and watched.  We let Brady walk around at first, but he wanted to touch the sparkler.  He was not afraid.

Daddy did his best to put on a show.  Here he is performing his sparkler patriotic dance.

This was our favorite firework.

I tried to capture John spelling Brady's name...no luck!

The finale!

We had a wonderful 4th of July celebrating with our little family!

Here are last year's pics and this year's.
