This past Saturday night, Brady slept in his crib for the first time! My plan was to move him to his crib at 4 months, but when the time came, I wasn't ready! We then decided we were going to move him 2 weeks ago, but again, I wasn't ready! Last week, he was waking up in the night a little and would wake up when my alarm went off in the morning. His pack n play was also getting a bump in the middle from the crib sheet pulling it together. So, I finally decided it would be best for him to move him to his crib. It wasn't easy, and I cried a ton, but I know that he's sleeping better now.
Here he is sleeping in his pack n play for the last time..so sad!
John knew I would miss seeing my little guy right next to me at night, so he hooked up the video monitor to the t.v. I miss him sleeping close to me, but this definitely helps! He even lets me leave it on all night long! We watched him on t.v. for an hour the first night we put him in his crib! He's very entertaining!
We put him in after his last feeding, at 10:30, and he woke up when we layed him down so I rocked him to sleep. Around 1:00 he woke up crying, so I went in, put his paci in his mouth, and held my hand on his belly and rocked him. After that he slept great and woke up Sunday morning at 6:30 for his first feeding of the day!
